The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for coordinating the activities of the Company's Engineering Departments and Project Management functions.

The COO prepares the annual operational plan, monitoring the implementation of approved programmes with respect to assigned projects, execution schedules, operating methodologies, engineering resources, budget commitments, and overall project performance.

The role actively participates in project management and coordination meetings, monitoring project progress and supporting the identification of the most effective solutions to address technical and operational challenges.

The COO is also responsible for approving technical proposals and evaluating the performance and professional qualifications of the Department Managers reporting directly to the position.
