The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Human Resources Director manages internal cross-functional relationships with Senior Managers (SM) and Deputy Project Managers (DPM), as well as external relationships with the Labour Consultant, Social Security Institutions, INPS, INAIL, and other relevant authorities.

Based on the Company's organizational development needs and the staffing requirements identified by the departments and Senior Managers, the CEO / Human Resources Director supports the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new personnel.

The role ensures the correct execution of all administrative procedures related to personnel management with the relevant public authorities, while also ensuring compliance of employment contracts and Company agreements with applicable legislation.

The CEO / Human Resources Director manages employee relations and Company agreements, serving as the primary point of contact for matters relating to working hours, employment terminations, employee mobility, and organizational issues.

The position ensures compliance with the Company's policies and strategic guidelines established by Senior Management, promoting initiatives aimed at improving productivity, organizational efficiency, and reducing absenteeism.

The role is also responsible for managing disciplinary procedures and employment disputes, while ensuring the preparation and maintenance of all documentation related to the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
