The Head of Business Development & Procurement is responsible for the identification, selection, and prequalification of suppliers providing engineering services.

The role manages supplier negotiations, issues Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and awards purchase orders and service contracts, ensuring full compliance with contractual terms and the Company's procurement procedures.

The Head of Business Development & Procurement monitors and evaluates supplier performance, ensuring the quality, reliability, and timely delivery of engineering services in accordance with project requirements and Company standards.

When required, the role prepares operating procedures governing the procurement function and evaluates the performance and professional qualifications of the personnel reporting directly to the department.

The position also contributes to the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, supporting business development activities and the successful execution of engineering projects.
