The role continuously monitors project progress, costs, and implementation timelines, ensuring that both technical and economic objectives established by the Company are achieved.

The Head of Technology Development & Renewable Energy promotes new working methodologies aimed at improving and optimizing engineering and operational processes, encouraging the adoption of innovative solutions, advanced technologies, and best industry practices.

The position is also responsible for evaluating the performance and professional qualifications of the personnel directly reporting to the department, supporting the continuous development of the Company's technical expertise and innovation capabilities.
