The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the overall financial management of the Company and for overseeing both its day-to-day operations and extraordinary financial activities.

In collaboration with the Executive Committee, the CFO identifies the key management and support functions reporting directly to senior leadership, including positions such as the CFO, COO/PMC, CBCM, HR Manager (HRM), and Business Development Manager (BDM), as appropriate to the Company's organizational structure.

The CFO defines the performance objectives and qualification requirements of the functions reporting directly to the role and is responsible for management control and financial performance monitoring.

The role oversees all financial operations, including cash management, accounting, supplier payments, banking relationships, financing activities, invoicing, and overall financial administration.

The CFO is also responsible for supervising payroll administration from the fiscal, social security, legal, and labour relations perspectives, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and the proper execution of all administrative activities.
