The Project Management Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the activities of the Project Management Department, identifying Project Managers and Proposal Managers, and evaluating their performance and professional qualifications.

The role includes coordinating and supervising Project Managers, ensuring compliance with project schedules, budgets, and objectives, while continuously monitoring project performance against established targets.

In the event of critical issues or deviations from project objectives, the Project Management Coordinator defines the necessary corrective actions and reports significant matters to Senior Management.

The position is also responsible for approving contractual amendments and supporting Senior Management in the resolution of contractual issues and claims, contributing to the effective management of relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The Project Management Coordinator oversees the implementation of project objectives, corporate policies, operating standards, and control procedures applicable to both technical personnel and external consultants.

The role supports the Operations Director in the overall supervision of engineering activities, ensuring the effective operation of the Tecnoconsult Project Management System and the achievement of the Company's business objectives.

The Project Management Coordinator also provides strategic guidance for the preparation of technical proposals and tenders, contributing to the definition of priorities, project objectives, and operational strategies for addressing key engineering challenges.

In addition, the role supervises the technical management teams, supported by Deputy Project Managers (DPMs), approving cost estimates, staffing plans, and project schedules, while maintaining effective professional relationships with the engineering, construction, and supplier network.
