The Zubair Field is located in the southern area of Iraq, 20 km from Basra. The structure of the Zubair Field is a relatively gentle anticline oriented NNW - SSE, approximately 60 km long and 10-15 km wide.

The Zubair project is a “brown field project” including the revamping of existing facilities and the installation of new permanent production facilities to maximize production capacity of the existing treatment plants.

Tecnoconsult carried out the Detail Design of:

• 18”, 24”, 36” and 52” OD oil transfer lines connecting 5 Degassing Stations. Crude oil lines are long 40 km

• 16” and 24” River Water trunklines of 30 km long

• N. 115 of 6”, 8” and 10” oil production and water/gas flowlines for a total of 360 km

• N. 115 production and injection wellhead area
