Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), this page describes the processing of personal data related for users visiting the website:

The information provided herein does not pertain to any other website, pages or online services reachable through hyperlinks that may be published on the websites but referring to resources outside the domain of the Data Controller.

 

LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

The personal data listed in this page are processed by the Data Controller as part of its legitimate interest and whenever activities that require the use of the personal data of visitors with their express consent.

 

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

Browsing data

Computerized systems and the software procedures established for the operation of this website acquire, over the course of their normal operation, a few personal data whose dissemination is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user's IT system.

These data are necessary for the use of web services and they are also processed with the purpose of:

·         obtaining statistical information on the use of the services (pages visited, number of visitors per hourly period or daily period, geographical areas of origin, etc.);

·         check the correct operation of the services offered.

The browsing data do not persist for more than SIX months (without prejudice to the need of the Judicial Authority to investigate cyber crimes).

Data disclosed to the user

The optional, express and voluntary submittal of messages to the contact addresses of the Data Controller, as well as the filling out and submission of the forms on the website, lead to the acquisition of the sender's contact data, necessary to reply, as well as of all the personal data included in the communications.

Cookies and other tracking systems

Session cookies (non persistent) are used strictly limitedly to what is necessary to ensure secure and efficient website browsing. The storing of session cookies in computers or browsers is under the control of the user, whenever on servers, at the end of the HTTP sessions, information related to the cookies remain stored in the services logs, with storing times that, however, do not exceed seven days just like other navigation data.

 

RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

The recipients of the data collected after browsing the websites listed above are the following individuals appointed by the Data Controller, pursuant to article 28 of the Regulation, in the role of Data Protection Officers.

Engenia S.r.l., relating to the website www.tecnoconsult.it as the supplier of the development and maintenance services of the web platform;

PENSARE WEB S.r.l. relating to the www.tecnoconsult.it site as a provider of web platform hosting services;

The personal data collected are also processed by the staff of the Data Controller that acts on the basis of specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of the processing.

 

LOCATION OF DATA STORAGE

The data provided by the users through the contact form will be stored for the aforementioned purposes at the headquarters of the Data Controller. The Data Controller does not intend to transfer the data to third countries.

The browsing data will be stored at Rimini, Italy.

 

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The interested parties shall have the right, whenever so established, to access their personal data and to have them corrected or deleted or the processing of their data limited or shall have the right to oppose said processing (articles 15 and subsequent of the Regulation). The specific request to the Authority is filed by contacting the Data Protection Officer  (if appointed) at the Data Controller's location (via Einaudi nr. 20C 61032 Fano (PU)-Italy).

 

RIGHT TO FILE A COMPLAINT

The interested parties that deem the processing of their personal data performed in violation of what is established in the Regulation, shall have the right to file a complaint at the Data Protection Authority, as established by art. 77 of the Regulation, or to file it at the appropriate courts (art. 79 of the Regulation).
