Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- The COO is responsible for the Technical Departments and Project Management activities coordination;
- Prepares the annual activity plan;
- Checks the implementation of the activities with respect to the assigned tasks, execution times, methods, forms, tools, financial commitments and results;
- Participates to the working groups of the single planned actions;
- Detects any critical aspects of the project activities and collaborates in defining the most suitable solutions for them;
- Approves technical offers;
- Evaluates the performance/qualification of the Department Managers subordinate to him;
