Human Resources Manager (HRM)
- The HRM manages internal cross-functional relationships with the SM/DPMs and exterior cross-functional relationships with the Labour Consultant, Social Security Institutions (if any), INPS, INAIL.
- On the basis of the internal needs of increasing the organization and the request of departments and SM, gives support in the selection and recruitment of the new personnel;
- Ensures the proper completion of administrative procedures relating to management of the staff towards various institutions (INPS, INAIL, etc.);
- Ensures the compliance of contracts and agreements;
- Follows the relations with employees and the business agreements;
- Acts as a reference for the employees as regards the working time, terminations, mobility, etc.
- Ensures the compliance with the guidelines aimed to the achieving of the objectives set by the Senior Management;
- Promotes the adoption of measures to improve productivity and reduces absenteeism;
- Manages any disciplinary action and litigation;
- Manages and fills the records relating to the Personal Data management according to Legislative Decree no. N. 196/2003)
- Ensures the compliance with the present jobs description.
