Procurement Manager (PRM)

- The PRM is responsible of the identification, selection and pre-qualification of the engineering services suppliers;

- Conducts the supply negotiation with the engineering services suppliers, issues the request for proposal and assigns them the work order;

- Guarantees the application and respect of the contract with the suppliers;

- Evaluates the performance of suppliers;

- Prepares the procurement area management work instructions, when opportune;

- Evaluates the performance/qualification of the functions subordinate to him;

- Cooperates in the offers preparation.
