Tecnoconsult SoW: Pre-FEED and FEED Design of Pipelines and Flowlines for Subsea Production Systems

The project involved the development of the offshore "A" and "E" facilities located within Block NC 41, offshore Libya.

The "E" platform field is located in the central-eastern part of Area "D", approximately 130 km off the Libyan coast, in water depths ranging from 205 to 235 metres.

The "A" platform is located in the central-western part of the area, approximately 80 km offshore, in water depths between 95 and 105 metres.

Tecnoconsult carried out Pre-FEED and FEED Design activities for sealines, umbilicals, and FOC systems, including sizing, wall thickness definition, on-bottom stability analysis, free-span assessment, roughness evaluation, operational buckling analysis, trenching and backfilling design, pipe-soil interaction studies, liquefaction assessments, and geohazard evaluations along the pipeline route.

The engineering scope also included the design of subsea expansion loops and jumpers, as well as subsea structures, including in-place analyses, seismic verification, foundation design, and scour mitigation studies.

Tecnoconsult also developed 3D General Arrangement models, assembly drawings, testing and installation procedures, electrical and communication engineering support, hydraulic analyses and related schematics, functional specifications, and material requisitions.
