Tecnoconsult SoW: Pre-FEED and Technical Support for Competitive FEED / EPCI Tender Evaluation

The Jangkrik development is located within the Muara Bakau PSC, approximately 70 km offshore in the Makassar Strait, off the coast of Indonesian Borneo, in water depths ranging from 200 to 500 metres.

The field development is based on a subsea production system consisting of seven wells in the main JKK field and four wells in the JKNE field, connected via tie-backs to an FPU (Floating Production Unit) equipped with complete processing facilities.

Tecnoconsult was involved in the mechanical design of two 12-inch pipelines connecting JKK NE to the FPU, verification of the shore approach and landfall design, engineering of intervention works, free-span assessment, and the definition of metocean design data.

The company also provided technical support to the Client during the evaluation of technical bids submitted for the Competitive FEED tenders related to the award of the EPCI contracts for risers and flowlines.

Tecnoconsult participated in FEED technical reviews and Peer Review activities to ensure full compliance of the engineering design with project codes, standards, and Client requirements.

The scope of work also included technical evaluation of EPCI proposals and SPS bids, with particular focus on subsea structures, flowline tie-in systems, Christmas trees, manifolds, SSIVs, umbilicals, and subsea control systems.

Finally, Tecnoconsult supported the Client in identifying and managing the technical interfaces between the SPS Contractor and the RFI Contractor, ensuring multidisciplinary coordination across the various engineering disciplines involved in the project.
