The Al Wasit Gas Program involves the development of the Arabiyah and Hasbah offshore gas fields, located in the Arabian Gulf approximately 150 km northeast of the industrial city of Jubail.

Tecnoconsult carried out the Detailed Engineering of pipelines, offshore cables, and umbilicals for a new integrated offshore and onshore infrastructure system.

The engineered system includes seven wellhead platforms in the Arabiyah offshore field and eight wellhead platforms in the Hasbah offshore field, all installed in water depths of approximately 50 metres.

The project also includes two tie-in platforms, one dedicated to the Arabiyah field and the other to the Hasbah field, together with an intermediate injection platform installed in approximately 25 metres of water depth.

Tecnoconsult's activities focused on the detailed engineering of the pipeline systems, offshore cables, and umbilicals, ensuring multidisciplinary coordination of the energy infrastructure and full compliance with the major international offshore engineering standards.
