AGOGO EARLY PRODUCTION PHASE 2

Client/Company: EniProgetti / ENI S.p.A.
Business Area: Deepwater & Subsea
Country: Angola
Tecnoconsult SoW: Technical Support for T&I Tendering Activities

The Agogo field is located in Block 15/06, approximately 180 km offshore Angola and about 20 km west of the N’Goma FPSO (West Hub).

The Agogo-1 NFW exploration well was drilled in approximately 1,636 metres of water depth, reaching a total depth of 4,450 metres.

The Agogo Phase 2 project involves the development of an advanced subsea production system consisting of production wells, water injection lines, and gas injection/gas lift systems.

Production wells AGO-1ST1 and AGO-102 are connected to the new AGOGO manifold, which is in turn connected to the existing CINGUVU DC manifold through two looped Pipe-in-Pipe flowlines. Both production wells are equipped with gas lift systems.

The project also includes the connection of the WI AGO-202 well to the water injection line linked to the existing SANGOS WAG1 manifold and the SANGOS PLET-3 system.

In addition, a dedicated Gas Injection / Gas Lift line was designed for well AGO-401 and the new AGOGO manifold, consisting of a rigid line converted from the former PR-15 production line and connected to the GI-3 flexible line, integrated into the existing system through PLET-A12 and rigid jumper RJ-8.

Tecnoconsult's scope of work included technical support during the T&I tendering phase, covering the review of bidders' technical documentation, preparation of clarification requests, evaluation of technical queries, management of qualifications and exceptions, and preparation of the Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE).

Among the main deliverables were the technical bid evaluation reports, prepared to support the client's contract award decision-making process.
