FSRU-Oristano LNG Terminal ship

Tecnoconsult is proud to have supported HIGAS S.r.l. in the development of the project for the installation of a 145,000 m³ FSRU (Floating Storage and Regasification Unit) at the quay operated under concession in the Port of Oristano.

Our contribution covered both engineering and design activities aimed at obtaining the necessary permits and authorisations, as well as Owner’s Engineering services, supporting the Client throughout the various stages of the project’s development.

A project of significant technical and strategic importance, requiring the coordination of several specialist disciplines, including Process Engineering, Marine Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, Loss Prevention, Piping and Structural Engineering.

Through an integrated and multidisciplinary approach, Tecnoconsult brought together extensive experience and strong coordination capabilities, contributing to the definition and verification of the engineering solutions required both for the permitting process and for the right technical development of the project within the scope of the Owner’s Engineering activities.
