Tecnoconsult SoW: Pre-FEED and FEED DESIGN of Pipelines and flowlines of subsea production systems

The Project foreseen the exploitation of Structures ‘A’ and ‘E’ located in the Libyan offshore area of NC 41 Block.

The ‘E’ Platform Field is located in the central-eastern part of Area ‘D’ (ex NC41 area), about 130 Km far from the Libyan coast, in a water depth ranging from 205 to 235 m, while A Platform is in the central-western part of the area, approximately 80 Km from Libyan coast, where water depth is ranged between 95 and 105 m.

The following activities have been carried out by Tecnoconsult:

• Sealines, umbilicals and FOC design (sizing, cross section definition, on botto stability, free span, on bottom roughness, In service buckling, trenching and backfilling design, pipe soil interaction, liquefaction assessment, geohazard evaluation vs pipeline route);
• Expansion loop and jumpers design;
• Subsea structures design (in place and seismic analyses, foundation design, scour mitigation assessment, 3D modelling relevant to general arrangements, assembly drawings, testing and installation method statements, support for electrical/ communication Analysis and schematics, support for Hydraulic Analysis Report and schematics, functional specifications, material requisitions, etc).
