Engineering Manager (ENM)

- The ENM coordinates the technical poles/offices, organizing the structures in function of workloads and operational guidelines;

- Ensures the correctness and consistency of engineering activities;

- Evaluates the performance/qualification of Pole Leads;

- Cooperates in the offers preparation.
